My journey into home services was not planned — it was a calling that found me. I was recruited into a franchise painting company straight out of school, and from the very first day I was hooked. Not just on the work itself, but on the potential I saw in every crew, every job site, every interaction with a homeowner.

What captivated me was not the painting — it was the business behind the painting. The systems. The brand. The way a well-run operation could transform a group of individuals into a high-performing team that delivered consistent, remarkable results.

The Gap That Keeps Me Up at Night

Here is what I see every day that genuinely frustrates me: incredibly talented tradespeople — painters, roofers, landscapers, cleaners — who are brilliant at their craft but trapped in businesses that are slowly burning them out. They are working 60-hour weeks, answering every call, running every estimate, putting out every fire.

They have revenue. They have customers. They even have teams. But they do not have systems. And without systems, they do not have a business — they have a very expensive, very stressful job.

The gap is not talent. The gap is infrastructure. Franchise companies invest millions building the systems that make their businesses replicable and scalable. Independent operators are expected to figure it out on their own. That is not a fair fight — and it is the fight I am here to change.
